Wholesale Policies
PURCHASE MINIMUMS:
There is a minimum order of $200 for initial orders and a minimum order of $100 for reorders. (I am somewhat flexible on this, but in the end, my objective is to make sure you have the most variety possible for your display. In my experience the more options you have, the better the sales.)
LEAD (PROCESSING) TIME:
There is generally a 1-week lead time for earrings, bracelets, and necklaces. The lead time can be found by clicking the "Shipping & Policies" link located on each listing. Don't hesitate to reach out to me if you require a rush order. If you need something sooner, I will try to accommodate your needs.
ORDERING PROCESS:
The application process is easy! If you email me at Patty@TiryOriginals.com, let me know the name of your business, the URL, your tax identification number, and where the store is located. Please visit my wholesale page at www.tiryoriginals.com/wholesale in the meantime. Once your application has been approved, I will e-mail you a 50% off coupon that can be redeemed once your application has been approved. Once this has been done, you can add the products to your shopping cart and proceed normally.
STOCK:
Whenever there is something in the shop that I don't have in stock but you would like to order, please e-mail me so that I can make sure I can meet your needs.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
In most cases, I can accommodate a change in order if it is requested within 2 days of order placement. Cancellations will not be accepted.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Debit card, Credit card, or PayPal
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Shipping is free within the United States! (Free shipping is provided by USPS Priority Mail, 1 to 3 days, with signature confirmation required.)
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
All packages should be inspected immediately upon arrival. You should contact me if they are damaged or defective within 7 days after receiving them. Damaged or defective goods will be replaced with new ones. If you hold onto returned merchandise for more than 14 days after you receive it, we will not accept it.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
You may return merchandise. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover shipping costs for returned items, unless they are damaged or defective. To return an item, you must contact me within 7 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days from delivery

Jewelry will be packaged on jewelry cards that carry Tiry Originals branding.
