How Long Will It Take to Arrive?
All items are handmade in my studio in rural Wisconsin, and most pieces are made once you place your order. Please keep in mind that we are a very small handmade company and there is only so much we can produce in a given time period. If an item is in stock your order will be processed in 3-5 business days. Made to order items will take 7 days for production. Once shipped from my local post office, it can take up to 5 business days to arrive to your door. If you’d like your jewelry to arrive before a particular date, please email me and we can make it happen.
What are your shipping charges?
We ship throughout the United States via USPS first class mail. Do you offer wholesale orders? We are happy to work with wholesale accounts. If you are interested in selling our line in your brick & mortar or online store, please reach out to us at info@tiryoriginals.com
Is my personal information secure?
Yes, your personal information is for in-store use only. We do not give out our customer information to any other persons or businesses.
How do I know if the necklace will be the right length?
Please see the length chart or measure your favorite necklace to get the right length for you.
How to take a wrist measurement?
For a perfect fit, measure your wrist at its broadest point – which means you should measure AT the place where your wrist bone is. This allows your bracelet to comfortably move either above or below your wrist bone.
Using a flexible tape measure, place it around your wrist at the place where your wrist bone is.
If you don't have a tape measure handy, use a strip of paper or thin string, and mark it where it overlaps on your wrist. Then lay the strip flat to measure up to the mark using any ruler.
This is the measurement. Now decide if you like your bracelet to fit a little standard or a little loose. Take that measurement and add either 1/4" or 1/2". The final number will be the measurement you need to order.
Measuring your wrist properly is key to getting the perfect fit. But don’t worry, if we don’t get it right the first time we will do an exchange. The 2nd time is a charm!
